Refund policy

REFUNDS

Medicinal mushrooms work. That is why they were given the nickname "Functional food". However, if you can't be bothered to put them in absolutely any beverage, smoothie, or food you like,

or you want to instead take expensive pharmaceuticals that have a horrible track record with a severe lack of effectiveness and a plethora of negative side-effects,

or if you just don't want to be healthy and you are really hoping to get the flu that is being passed around the office, contact us and we will get you a refund immediately.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Opened packages of wholesale or bulk priced items are non-refundable. Upon return wholesale or bulk priced items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

* Wholesale or bulk priced items that have arrived damaged are subject to replacement and are not eligible for a refund. 
* Asking for a refund 3 months past the purchase date.
* Refunds are only given to the first purchase of a subscriptions if the second product has not already been shipped. Subsequent subscriptions are non-refundable.
* Adaptogen Superfoods reserves the right to deny refunds with extenuating circumstances.
* If you fail to accept your package from your post office and it is sent back to Adaptogen Superfoods, a refund will not be given. Postage will need to be paid again to have it sent to you a second time.

If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
