Shipping policy

At Adaptogen Superfoods™ our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are verified and checked by hand to make sure you get exactly what you want. This can occasionally require an additional 1-4 days. We don't want to toot our own horn, but we are pretty darn good at getting your product out fast. We can usually get your product out the same day, the rest is up to the post office. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the post office to the destination. They can usually get it to you within the week.


International delivery usually takes about 10-20 business days, most of that time is out of our control. US orders are shipped as a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
