These 3 mushroom powders come in a finely ground form that mixes in beverages hot or cold. It can also be put in shakers and added to smoothies, or sprinkled over food. The taste is a very mild nutty flavor that is hard to distinguish from whatever it is mixed with, so you can put it in, or on pretty much anything to get the many benefits of medicinal mushrooms.
