Lion's Mane Full-spectrum comes in a finely ground powder form that mixes easily in beverages hot or cold. It can also be put in shakers and added to smoothies, or sprinkled over food. The taste is a very mild nutty flavor that is hard to distinguish from whatever it is mixed with, so you can put it in, or on pretty much anything to get the many benefits of medicinal mushrooms. 

There is currently not enough research available to safely conclude mushroom supplements are safe to ingest during pregnancy, while lactating, or for use by children. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, we do not suggest that these individuals take our dietary supplement.
